Unistrap has more than 30 years of experience in the production of circular fabrics from synthetic fibres. Our looms are able to produce fabric tubes with diameters ranging from 20 to 1200 mm.
Depending on customer requirements, different materials can be used, even high-tensile aramid. If necessary the circular fabric can be converted into flat fabric.

Pyrolysis cleaning
High-quality tools used in the plastics processing industry require special cleaning. The quality of the cleaning is a decisive factor for production quality and the service life of the tools.
The tools are cleaned by a thermal process in a pyrolysis furnace. The installation is suitable for cleaning not only small tools but also large ones with a length of up to 2.5 meters and a weight of up to 3 tons. This type of cleaning is especially suitable for extrusion and hot runner moulds.

With a polyurethane casting machine we produce semi-finished parts, rolls and simple geometries of high quality.
